Credit Card Charge Back Policy

There will be a $75 fee charged to your account for each credit card chargeback.Every month billed is considered a separate charge back amount.This will be in addition to any charges or processing fees imposed by your Bank or Credit Card Issuer. Reason for this is to keep pricing as affordable as possible to all our clients.

Q. What is a credit card charge back?

A. A Credit Card Charge Back is a withdrawl of funds by the Bank or  Credit Card Issuer.Most common reasons why this could happen.

1. Customer forgot he made a purchase and asked the Credit Card Company to withdraw amount.So please keep a record of all your purchases.Failure to do so can be both expensive and a huge hassle!

2. Customer does not have sufficient funds in account to cover purchases.Most common but not limited to Visa Check Cards and Master Card Debit Cards.

3. Advertiser is trying to get free adverting for his business by misrepresenting to his credit card company the purchase.Such cases will be reported to the credit card company.

1.  Services         

1.1 By pressing the submit button and completing the enrollment

process to become a subscriber of, or enrolled, purchased a monthly advertising agreement.Other then to read this Agreement, you agree to accept the terms of the Agreement as if you had signed it. Cashinpayday.com (Boston Harbor Advisors Inc.) may change this agreement at any time; such changes will be effective immediately upon transmission over the internet, e-mail, post mail, posting on the Cashinpayday.com Web Site or any other means. Each time you use the applicable Service or contact us via email, post mail, instant messaging, or in any form or refer to this agreement reaffirms your acceptance of the then-current agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement, do not enroll your self, submit your web site,

apply to purchase advertising, provide any billing information, or press the submit button, you must discontinue using service and terminate your account according to our cancellation policy.

2.  Fees

2.1 Monthly fees are based on a monthly recurring Fees

advertising subscription package. This special pricing package is a 6 month minimum ad package agreement if canceled before the agreed period amount a $49.95 early agreement cancellation fee applies. As a subscriber of the advertising services you are solely responsible for any charges to your account and any activities conducted through your account. By using a credit card or other payment method to pay for any billable portions of the Services, you expressly authorize Cashinpayday.com (Boston Harbor Advisors Inc.) or its agents to charge all fees and other charges incurred in connection with your Service Account to the credit card or other payment method you have designated, and such authorization will remain valid until Service Account is cancelled. If you use a credit card and Cashinpayday.com (Boston Harbor Advisors Inc.) does not recieve payment from the card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Cashinpayday.com (Boston Harbor Advisors Inc.) Do to services provided by third party companies for your behalf fees are non-refundable, we have a strict No Money Back Policy. All accounts will be charged an automatic $10 per month recurring electronic processing fee on top of any Service Fees. Cashinpayday.com (Boston Harbor Advisors Inc.) reserves the right to change its priceing policies at any time and with out notice to reflect current market conditions.

3.  No Warranties or Guarantees

3.1 You agree that the use of the Services we provide is at your own risk and are solely responsible for the claims you make on your Web Site or Ad Campaign.You acknowledge that there are no guarantees made by Cashinpayday.com to increase sales or traffic to your Web Site.Since there are various factors such as but not limited to popularity, need, relavance, product value, consumer response to your web site, and supply and demand on the open market for your particular Web Site, Business, Business Opportunity, Product, Service, or Commodity.A market test and research is recommended to establish whether there is a true need for your Business, Business Opportunity, Product, Service, or Commodity before stablishing any Marketing Campaign.

3.2 Ad placement for pay to post ads are placed on our affiliate web sites.They are in sole control of the ads placed and you are subject to their indivisual Terms of Service.Ad placement purchased through Pay Per Click programs are subject to the indivisual Terms of Service established by Google, Yahoo or any of their individual companies where they might choose to place your advertising.

4. Cancelation Policy

4.1 Your Ad Campaign will run until cancelled and your account will be billed on a recurring monthly basis from the date of purchase until cancelled.To cancel your Ad Campaign you must email and request a Cancelation Number from customerservice@cashinpayday.com a cancellation number will not be issued until all account balances due are paided in full including any early cancellation fees .
